Questions before you start.
Can I bring existing CRM data?
Yes. Import up to 500 companies, contacts, or deals from a CSV file at a time. picrm shows which records it will create or update before anything changes. Any row error blocks the whole import.
What does a product mean in picrm?
In picrm, a product is a working area inside your workspace. Companies and contacts keep one workspace identity and can belong to several products. Deals, lists, reports, agents, and access stay with the product that owns them.
Can an agent send email on its own?
No. An agent can prepare an email or Slack message, but a teammate must approve the recipient or destination and the exact message before picrm sends it.
