Public policy

Terms for using picrm.

Use picrm for legitimate customer relationship work, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for the records and messages your workspace creates.

Effective 18 August 2026

Using the service

You may use picrm only if you can lawfully process the customer and provider data you add. Do not use the service for unlawful access, spam, harassment, deceptive activity, security abuse, or infringement of another person's rights.

Your workspace

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace membership, connected-provider permissions, and the accuracy and legality of your CRM data. Workspace owners decide who may access their organization and which external connections agents may use.

Automated work

AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before relying on it. picrm requires explicit human approval before an agent delivers email or Slack content, but that approval does not transfer responsibility for the message away from the approving user or workspace.

Availability

picrm is an evolving service provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and third-party provider availability depends on Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Slack, Zoho, AgentMail, and other connected services.

Suspension and changes

Access may be restricted to protect the service, other users, or third parties, or to respond to unlawful use. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
